                 The problem here in the given text is to work together between the different life style people. Because one cannot understand the other way of work and creative style. In given text huge mistake is they started work with Philippine’s at beginning only. In normal way they think yes means ‘I do it now’ but philippine’s think it as yes means as for ok. Normally these people are time management ,stress in work but Philippines are not a time management people and but they are creative people , they want more rest time.

                Solution for the problem is before going to one place for get work from them that place people we have to know about their life style and their life style, capability and they also has know about other conditions of them. After getting people of the place of that place to work together they have to stay in that place , with that people for some days to get more connectivity and to adapt their language ;communication and to know more accurately how they work we have to adapt their language, communication and to know more accurately how they work we have to adopt it . After knowing these things then they have to start doing work with them and get the output as much as they can expert from them(phillipines).
